🎤 Featured Speakers


Ralph Gigliotti is a business valuation expert who helps high-net-worth business owners navigate transitions. His work focuses on maximizing enterprise value throughout the merger and acquisition process, estate and gift tax planning, or other related compliance matters. Ralph has over 25 years of experience performing valuations of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets. He holds a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from Bryant University, is a CPA, and holds both the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designations.


Amy Morin holds an MBA and is a seasoned entrepreneur, Certified EOS Implementer®, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® who helps business owners build scalable, profitable, and transferable companies. She co-founded and scaled a business to $40 million in revenue across multiple states before successfully exiting. Amy also revitalized a struggling Montana fly-fishing resort, turning it into a profitable enterprise. Today, she partners with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen execution, build enterprise value, and prepare companies for growth or exit, combining EOS® implementation with strategic exit planning.

George F Herget, Jr. (Financial Advisor Senior Vice President. CEPA.),  graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a focus on Agricultural Economics. His career in insurance, retirement and estate planning began while interning at Northwestern Mutual Life in 1981 when he became a licensed agent. Licensed in securities in 1987, He joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and has over 37 years’ experience in financial services concentrating on retirement & financial planning and portfolio management. He is a 7- time Five Star Wealth Manager Award recipient and partner with The Old Pueblo Group in Tucson, which has been selected by Forbes as Best in State Wealth Management Team 2023 through 2026. Current focus is on business owners in small business markets and enjoys helping them understand the complexities of mitigating risk and adding market value.
